Everything was fine. Store was clean. They even put up with the boys trying a few flavors before the final decision. Will be back.
This establishment consistently tells customers they are out of ice cream during the final hour of being open just to discourage customers from coming. I hope this store receives new management before it closes. This is the fifth time I’ve tried to stop by at 7pm with my family and the employees refuse to serve me.
Rowlett location... One of the worst experiences ever. We stopped in after dinner with friends. BR brings back good memories. No greeting, nobody asked if they could help us. We decided quickly what we wanted and told the reluctant employee what we'd have. She pointed to the 2 small cones and said that's all they had. We got what we asked for, paid and left. Don’t waste your time going to Rowlett baskin Robbins! The staff, mainly the asst manager, have a bad attitude, have no clue about their ice cream cakes, can’t process an order and the counter tops are filthy!!!! They had 3 days to make our cake and when we went there to pick it up, it wasn’t ready meaning they haven’t done a thing and they had no clue what we were talking about!
