I ordered an ice cream cake a week and half ago. When I showed to pick it up this morning, it looks like my order didn’t go through and the cake was never made. The staff was very nice and said they’d start making it right away. Two hours later I was able to pick it up and the cake is beautiful! Little hiccup with the ordering system. I may call to place my order next time. The quality of the cake makes me want to order again!
Paid $30 dollars for 2 banana splits & a kids ice cream. Told them no chocolate double strawberry and the idiots there still added chocolate! Proceded to tell the female that was working the drive thru and she had a look in her face like she shoulda probably gotten educated instead of working at a drive thru. Very bad service… I called to speak to the manager “Dylan” and he hung up on me while I was making my complaint. It’s very frustrating and not worth your money! Hope they close them down!!!
