The 2 young ladies working there yesterday were very kind. They really did make me a good drink however I came for a ice cream milkshake and it’s sad to walk in and see every flavor you like out… I just don’t understand why they flat out refuse to make sure the ice cream tub is stocked properly. You’ve been open long enough to know the demand so there’s no excuse. This is always an issue at this location and I usually get my ice cream at places where they know how to keep stock. Our helper, Nicole, was sweeter than anything B&R was selling!! However, the ice cream was 6 out of 5 🌟 too!! (not a typo)
Rude staff. Questionable sanitation. I suggest getting rid of the attitudes for starters.
I called VERY last minute for a custom cake. The team was happy to accommodate and even during a rush they took the time to assist me. They were sure to call with any questions to ensure the cake turned out perfect. I’m thrilled with the outcome!
