Polite, but they have very few selections of ice cream and toppings. Extremely overpriced.
Four times I've wanted a regular waffle cone and all they have is the chocolate ones. I dont like chocolate and I dont like the kiddie sugar cones. How hard is it to make the regular? Seems the chocolate is an extra step. The teenagers seem oblivious they are even out of them. Ridiculous...
This place is run by teens so it’s not their fault that it’s so unprofessional. When you call, they have no answers so I ordered online. FOUR people in the store and they ignored me. I waited. Waited. I finally asked if someone could please just help me because I was just picking up a cake. We paid for a custom cake for the decorator to cut off the whole top of the picture lol. First time ever going to this location. Only cause it was closer than going to DQ by one city block. I will drive past this Baskin Robbins forever. I went in to order ice cream. I witness two high school girls order waffle cones. The entire process of ordering to leaving. They order double scoops and leave with ice cream almost overflowing the cone.
