I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I think it's fair feedback. I chose this Baskin-Robbins mainly because it has a drive-thru. Since I'm not very familiar with the menu, I looked it up online before arriving and decided on the Brownie Sundae. The menu description said I could choose my ice cream flavors and that it would come with brownie pieces and toppings. Unfortunately, the ordering process was frustrating. This baskin is absolutely disgusting they have roaches everywhere!!! I seen them crawling from the bathroom and around the seating areas. DO NOT COME HERE… unless you like roaches in your ice cream
The WORST service i’ve had. literally stood there waiting for someone to take our order as multiple people passed us by. definitely don’t come here
man just shut this place down 😭😭😭😭
