Got there at 6:45pm walked in and the general manager kept saying she was ready to go. A couple came in and was served donuts before I can even order. What sort of leadership is that. She said she couldn't make me a banana boat with all the fixings because they've been put up. She kept saying what else can help you with BEFORE SHE CLOSES. Again what sort of leadership is that? If I could give it a zero I would. EVERYTIME you go in there they fail to acknowledge you.. Not to mention they are rude and look at you sideways. One worker continues to mop the entire floor with me standing there (no wet floor sign) gladly I didn’t fall. But yes absolutely won’t be coming back. And the fact that you are close to Duke.. Hire a whole new crew!
If there was any other Baskin Robbin’s in Durham then I’m sure this location would get no business. They have terrible customer service, they are always out of certain flavors. At least if you’re going to be rude, be fully stocked!
