Didn't have my favorite flavor, peanut butter and chocolate. Hopefully it will make an appearance and I can try this location again.
I'm trans and the lady at the drive thru Refused to speak to me once I got to the window .. she was so nice prior to seeing who I am. Terrible discriminatory customer service. And I found the ice cream kind of nasty, not an exaggeration due to the drama. Not better than goodberries .. just convenient.
Got there at 6:45pm walked in and the general manager kept saying she was ready to go. A couple came in and was served donuts before I can even order. What sort of leadership is that. She said she couldn't make me a banana boat with all the fixings because they've been put up. She kept saying what else can help you with BEFORE SHE CLOSES. Again what sort of leadership is that?
