Never had such an awful experience with ice cream.
I placed an online order and when I got to the store they did not have the icecream that I paid for and did not know how to give me a refund. This is the second time they've been out of the icecream. The first time I ordered in the drive thru and when I got to the window they told me the icecream I ordered was out so I substituted. The icecream I received was freezer burn and very icy. Also the staff is disrespectful
This place is just bad. Waited at register for multiple cars to go through drive-thru. Only one person working there and business measures wait time for drive-thru but doesn’t care about folks inside. Very rare for me to write a review but between waits and being out of stuff constantly….this place is just bad. Owner needs to pay for more than one employee to work on mid-day Saturday. I feel sorry for the nice girl working there.
I am simply addicted to their cappuccino blasts! This store does seem a bit behind, as in their service is slower than others.. but the ice cream is fine!
The little girl working in there today needs to be trained more or someone definitely needs to be in there to help! When someone places a doordash order that is a customer!!! That's not a robot waiting in line. That is a paying customer waiting! That does not mean continue to take walk-in customer orders and fulfill them before doordash orders!! makes no sense to me! No wonder this place has 2.2 Stars!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Do better or close this place already!
