If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband and I have attempted to order several times here and leave empty handed each time because we wait 20 plus minutes for service that never occurs. Staff does not care about their customers and is rude with their nonchalant behavior. Also, each time they have been out of most items that are shown on their menu. Bottom line, do not come here unless you want to be disappointed.
They got me again. Ordered and paid for a large and they gave me a medium. Is anyone in charge at this store?
Went twice lately and the service has gotten much better! They had all the ice cream stocked and were ready to help :)
If I could give this place and the employees working the closing shift on June 15, 2025, zero stars, I would! The two women working that evening were completely incompetent and unable to process a refund to my card. On top of that, their attitudes were terrible. The ice cream was soupy and poorly made. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
