Kicked families out and Closed at 9:34pm (says 10pm on the door) and fid not allow me to use the restroom after my friend used it (1 minute before me)- because the restroom is locked now.

The worst drive thru service tonight at 7:56pm. I place my order about 5xs because whoever the lady working the drive thru tonight did not pay attention. She kept getting my order wrong. She was also inpatient and rude, her tone of voice needs adjustment if you're going to work with customers.
Came to this baskin robins on two separate occasions and they almost NEVER have any of the flavors I want. They don’t even have the flavors listed on their menu and they are very stingy with their scooping sizes. At this point either change managers or just shut the location down.
I don’t know much about Baskin. But, the employee Ava might be the closest thing to the LeBron James of ice cream scooping. I’m talking 2018 game 7 Finals LeBron. 10/10 customer service would recommend.
