We arrived ten minutes till closing and they locked the door when we were getting out of the car and when we pulled to the drive through window they acted like they didnt see us for 5 minutes so we left. We love baskin robins, but we dont like This service.
out of everything and awful service the lady acted like she was from another planet and never spoke to a human before. no labels on anything or any ice creams was all a guessing game, no cones, no toppings, nothing. litterally left because it was so absurd.
Ice cream is awesome, the girl at the counter made it a 3. She had a horrible attitude
Substituted chocolate syrup for hot fudge, dirty maybe 5 flavors you wouldn’t want, no cones! Won’t go back…went to the one in Fort Walton first class all the way!
No waffle bowls, no hot fudge, out of some flavors. Management at this location is a joke.
