Apology would be nice before giving us attitude. Keeping saying 12:10 wouldnt help. I have an email that would be ready at 11:10am. No apologies at all.
Very nice staff when I went and honestly just amazing service! The cake I got looked absolutely amazing and when I went back the cake I wanted was messed up and was the last one left. But the staff was kind enough to make a new one when there were only 3 people in 10 minutes. I was shocked and thought they were joking. My family and I went there for some ice cream like around 9:30pm. The 2 ladies working the night shift were sweeping and had the chairs up when we entered they looked very upset when we walked in.They close at 10pm, but they reacted as if we walked in at 9:58pm. They were not friendly and had an upset look the entire time that we were placing our order.
Their customer service is not good. The Asian guys is rude and unprofessional, and always scooped an ice cream 3/4 as the regular size. I think he’s an owner, so he should improve customer service to run his business.
