Their customer service is not good. The Asian guys is rude and unprofessional, and always scooped an ice cream 3/4 as the regular size. I think he’s an owner, so he should improve customer service to run his business.
They got labubu's! The person helping us (didn't catch his name) was so helpful!!! Highly recommend this Baskin Robbins :)

amazing service, i visited for a $6 banana split deal that was originally for another location but they still honored it for us 🫶 will definitely be returning, thank you for making our valentine’s day extra sweet!!
They use 3 scoops for a large ice cream shake. Corporate tells them to use 4. I feel ripped off
