Horrible!! Don't go to this baskin Robinson the scoops are tiny. It's a kids scoops for the price of regular. I think the girls arm is not strong enough! When asked for a bigger scoops it was ignored! Terrible service
Wow, I was at this Baskin Robbins when a family brought in a cake to return because there was a flaw with it. They were in a good mood and laughing at the situation. I saw the cake and heard how they described the flaw which was funny! Yet the employee was super rude to this family even calling the owner to confirm that the family could return the cake.
