The worst experience ever!!!! A female night shift employee with black eyeglasses & a septum nose piercing was BEYOND RUDE!! Took my daughter in tonight at 9:30p and she got a double scoop of Wild & Reckless which is her favorite. She gets it every time so no need to test it prior to purchase. What should have been a simple late-night ice cream run turned into one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Never going back there employees are so rude and disrespectful, calling costumers stupid
My 8 year old son asked for a sample of some ice cream, the lady gave him a cone. My kid told me he only asked for a sample. I told the lady and they just talked amongst themselves and then one of them walked to the back without saying anything to us. It was a whole process, the lady had to call the owner and he said no lol. I thought they would've tossed the scoop and give him the right one. Disappointing Service I recently visited this place and was really disappointed by their stingy policies. I bought two quarts of ice cream, and when I asked for extra spoons, the two girls working there told me they were only allowed to give two. Really? For a place that sells ice cream, you'd expect a little more flexibility. It’s frustrating when basic customer service feels so restrictive. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
