Placed an order for a birthday cake on Tuesday over the phone because the website was not working. I was told the cake decorator had just left. The girl took my order and said the decorator would call the next day (Wednesday) for finalize details and give me an estimate. Received no call. I call today (thursday) and the girl told me that they were not doing cake orders until some later date. I miss the fact that Baskin Robbins doesn't have the 57 flavors of yore, but they are still going strong and the ice cream is good.
Friendly staff and good prices.
Went in today to try the new Banana Dulce De Leche flavor, drove all the way there and they told us they don't have it, yet there is a giant promotional poster in their window for it. Highly disappointed and we took our business to Cold Stone Creamery right down the road. It was also very dirty inside and the employees were just sitting around talking to each other. I see now that this place peaked in the 90's. I'll never go back.
