The lady who was working there was horrible. I asked for a moment to choose an ice cream for my daughter, but when we were ready, she responded with an attitude, as if we’d done something wrong just by taking our time. I called to ask what options they have for gluten-free and the lady that answered the phone with a rude "Hello!" As if I were some telemarketers calling her cell phone. I was thrown off guard cause I wasn't sure if I was calling the correct place. I asked her what gluten-free options she has and she said "WHAT?" All rude and yelling. The atmosphere is good and the ice cream is better. However, the service is so bad. The gal was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes and begrudgingly served me. Will not be coming back, there's too many other places to go.
Stopped in with the kids after eating at a nearby restaurant and we were immediately greeted by 2 friendly staff who were very engaging to my children. They mirrored the excitement of my kids and scooped us up some great ice cream.
I’m not one to ever make a bad review but Growing up baskin-Robbins was always an exciting place to go, the excitement going to get icecream and the workers being so sweet. It was my favorite tradition to go to baskin-Robbins with my grandparents any time we’d stay over. The prices were always reasonable, the people were ALWAYS so sweet.
