We were there this evening and bought the butter pecan and cherries jubilee. My husband and I were very disappointed as it certainly didn’t taste like the baskin Robbin’s ice cream we’ve had before. Spent $$, will not be going back.
Kacey and Slater provided outstanding customer service! They were friendly, helpful, and made our visit to Baskin-Robbins a great experience. Their positive attitudes and excellent service really stood out. We'll definitely be back!
Dining area was filthy
Worst customer service. I went in around 10:30pm and ordered a brownie sundae but the employee straight up refused. He wouldn’t make it cause he had already wrapped everything up for the night while there is still 20-30 minutes till closing. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Won’t be coming back!!
Come here for your ice cream cakes! best management in town!
