Idk why they advertise open until 11 pm if they close earlier and if you lucky to be there before they close thay have a bad attitude to serve ice cream and don't try to get a shake because employees act even worst. We Just going to a different place next time
My husband and I decided to stop by and get some ice cream and the store was closed. It was 2:40 in the day on a Thursday and hours on door were listed as open as well on website! Went ahead and took our business elsewhere.
Good seating. Consistently clean tables. Good service. There's a lady who decorates cakes who I could watch all day. Very zen. Only quibble is this location doesn't have chocolate fudge (lost a star for that). Oh, and the parking lot and traffic are too often very difficult and even dangerous, but that's not the franchisee's fault. Otherwise, my fave BR in the Austin metro area. Edit: THIS LOCATION NOW HAS CHOCOLATE FUDGE!!!! Delighted to give that 5th star :)

We love this place but especially after my experience on July 25th. I came in hoping to grab one of the ice cream pizzas. I didn’t see the Oreo one and wasn’t going to bother the two teenagers working. But the young lady asked if she could help me find something. I explained it was my daughter’s 17th birthday and she last minute wanted the Oreo ice cream pizzas. The young lady so sweetly said if I had 20-30 min she was happy to make it.
