I visited this Baskin-Robbins with my wife and child and ordered 3 scoops of ice cream. Instead of charging the 3-scoop price, I was charged for three individual scoops, which came to over $13. When I pointed it out immediately, the employee simply said, "Sorry, I can't do anything now," without offering to call a manager or help resolve the issue. The ice cream was good, but the customer service was disappointing. Please double-check your bill before paying.
They close at 11pm and I came at 10:52. They were closed and other people were looking at the closed door with me. If you’re gonna close early, say that you’re gonna close at 10:30 and not 11
Placed an order for a birthday cake on Tuesday over the phone because the website was not working. I was told the cake decorator had just left. The girl took my order and said the decorator would call the next day (Wednesday) for finalize details and give me an estimate. Received no call. I call today (thursday) and the girl told me that they were not doing cake orders until some later date.
