Horrific experience, as were the other two in the past, all due 100% to the most unfriendly staff on earth. Absolutely pathetic!! You’ll never hear please or thank you. This is a perfect example of a family buying a franchise and allowing all 16 of them work at the location. An absolute failure.
They don’t ever have bubblegum ice cream. Staff ignores you most the time and super unfriendly. They don’t pick up the phone and get things messed up all the time. I genuinely don’t know how any of the staff here is employeed here.
The ice cream was pretty good but I was annoyed because: It was my first time at BR. I came there specifically for the limited time Fútbol Fireworks flavor. I checked online and it looked like it was in stock. I showed up to the store, had to order off the e-kiosk because there was no one attending the counter and it became apparent that no one was going to come out if I kept waiting.
