This place is a total rip-off. I tried to get cream cheese added to my sandwich, and they tried to charge me the equipment of $1.22 per ounce for adding cream cheese onto my sandwich, which would come out to paying $10 for an 8 oz container of cream cheese. This is an outrageous rip-off.

Worst ice cream ever! First only 10 flavors not 31. The stale waffle cone had paper stuck to the cone that tore the cone when trying to take it off. Usually they put chocolate in the bottom of the cone to prevent melted ice cream from making a mess, not here. It was expensive, over $10 for 2 cones a small and a medium, I could have bought 2 pints at the grocery store. There was a dehydrated scum on the edge of the container of freezer burnt ice cream. I just called to order an ice cream cake for our college kid’s birthday as we are of state and they do not have them at this location. So disappointed!

I ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday and the store lied and told me that they couldn’t do the cake I requested (which is on the website). Then I call back and ask for an another cake and they then proceeded to back track on their previous lie and say they can do the cake that I originally wanted. When I went to pick up the cake, they got the size of my cake wrong and tried to charge me for a larger cake. Terrible store, clueless workers!
