ordered a custom cake a few days ago and spent almost $40 for it, it was the cake in a box so we couldn’t see the layers and it has a lid on it. Open it and notice it has sprinkles which we didn’t order and is missing the reese’s and marshmallow ontop I ordered, cut the cake and it is vanilla not chocolate, regular chocolate ice cream instead of galactic brownie, and does not have oreos. NEVER *EVER* AGAIN will I order from this company. I placed an order for a cookie cake and needed to reschedule the pick up time. They require a 24hr notice. I started calling FIVE DAYS in advance but apparently they're allergic to answering the phone. I called three days straight, several times a day - the phone would ring FIFTEEN TIMES before going to an automated message. I could not leave a voicemail. Terrible customer service. I waited to order while an employee restocked the counter. I ordered a PEPPERMINT fudge Cappy and couldn't taste ANY peppermint. While I waited for my order, I watched the connected Dunkin Donuts side. Another customer was ignored longer than I was and I saw an employee look directly at the customer. These two establishments are obviously connected and their employees ignore customers, after seeing them wait at the counter. If my local BR and DD were run like this one, they'd be out of business.
They got my two scoop order correct and it was ready on time and good.
Decent selection of ice cream and sherbet. Don't expect a full a full selection as this store also has a Dunkin in it. Overall a decent place. The staff are friendly and polite.
