the biscoff was sold out but i got to pick another flavour. the worker said the regular cones were soggy so he asked if i was okay with a chocolate cone instead. ice cream was also good idk y reviews r so bad
This store is always a disaster. I asked if they had the new “Cake in the Box” after checking the freezer and finding only an uncovered/unboxed cake in it, the employee laughed at me…. Go elsewhere.
This one in Martinville was out of most good flavors when I was there. Somebody is not yo on ordering
I may not have experience with them in store, but when I get doordash orders from them. They’ve always been really good, good job. Sorry for the hate, ignore the haters 3:
Horrific experience, as were the other two in the past, all due 100% to the most unfriendly staff on earth. Absolutely pathetic!! You’ll never hear please or thank you. This is a perfect example of a family buying a franchise and allowing all 16 of them work at the location. An absolute failure.
