Great flavors and friendly service
We were very disappointed to visit this location this evening. Even though we were in the lobby before 8 PM the gentleman rudely insisted that we leave because the lobby closed at eight. Would not even let us order our ice cream and sit outside. Happily took our group of 11 to another local establishment. Won’t be coming back
Terrible experience at this location. Shakes were milk no ice cream told because of the size ordered they have to very watery, ordered a large and a small. Asked for them to be remade met with incredible attitude.
We've been here a dozen times before, and tonight was truly disappointing. The drive thru was backed up and I believe we were forgotten about. Once our order was taken, it was very obvious the two young ladies working inside were not trained properly. They looked disheveled and frantic. We ordered a single scoop of ice cream and a small vanilla shake, nothing complicated. We also had a gift card.
