Bad experience, the wait was extremely long and employees were rude. I first paid using apple pay and the employee came back and told me that my phone had shut off so I gave her my card to avoid any problems with my apple pay. The transaction was approved on apple pay and on my card and when I notified the employees I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I will never understand this younger generation. Kids can be so rude and some can provide amazing customer service. I won't say this young gal was rude, but she could have at least been nice. And when did BR start closing the lobby at 8pm on a Friday? It was 830p. on a Friday night and my husband and I craved a banana split so we went for it. We ordered the classic. Extremely Disappointing I recently visited the Baskin-Robbins in Pueblo on Prairie and was appalled by the subpar service. From the outset, the ordering process was painfully slow. The employee seemed eager to rush us through, repeatedly asking "Is there anything else?" in a manner that felt dismissive. Upon ordering two cups with two scoops and one cup with a single scoop, we encountered a unfriendly cashier at the window.
