Not a very customer oriented place. Such a shame, especially when costs are high.
Didn't have the ice cream flavor advertise wanted something bananas flavor and got a chocolate fudge crappy instead got no toppings/syrup and it was made wrong not going back for awhile my son and husband had there order right by a different person they liked the Oreo cappuccino
So cheap with your portions. I order bubblegum and half of the times I order it’s not even real bubble gum. Other half there is 1/3 what their is is supposed to be. Another business owner choosing margins over customers
Very rude customer service Stated online open till 10 pm and they are closed at 9:40 definitely false advertisement if that was the case should say closed at 9:30 and not 10 pm
The employee tried stealing a tip from me. I’m guessing hoping I wouldn’t look at my receipt. What a joke. She gave me some excuse about “the system” not updating, and gave me cash back. On the receipt, she had added a tip in the tip column. get a life. Almost forgot, she handed me my shake absolutely COVERED in milkshake and no napkins.
