So incredibly disappointed. Spent 42 minutes in the drive-thru with two ahead of me. Three behind me drove off. Asked Staff for Managers information and shared he is “new” and didn’t know how to reach Manager.
Went for ice cream this evening around 4:19ish and left empty handed. We placed our order in the drive-thru after waiting 10-15 minutes with two cars in front of us. After ordering we waited another 15 minutes with the same two cars. We ended up backing out of the drive-thru (as did the lady in front of us) and going to DQ where we were helped and served in less than 5 minutes!! I don't understand what was taking so long?! There was only 1 car in the parking lot.
Showed up before 8 pm, the door was locked , and no one answered. It's a Saturday
