Went for ice cream this evening around 4:19ish and left empty handed. We placed our order in the drive-thru after waiting 10-15 minutes with two cars in front of us. After ordering we waited another 15 minutes with the same two cars. We ended up backing out of the drive-thru (as did the lady in front of us) and going to DQ where we were helped and served in less than 5 minutes!! I don't understand what was taking so long?! There was only 1 car in the parking lot.

I arrived at 9:50 to the Pueblo west baskin Robbins and I am aware that it was ten minutes before the store closed…however I still expected to receive my order. When I ordered my shake the guy at the speaker told me that because it was ten minutes before close their blenders were off? I’ve never heard that one before. I have been to this location before and I have gotten a shake past 9:50pm. So I ordered a two scoop of icing on the cake instead and when I received my order at the window I was super disappointed in what I saw... read more

The woman working behind the counter around 1:30 today was awesome. Things got busy for her and she kept a positive attitude, answered question and was speedy. I feel you need another hand at this time as it got busier as I left. I would have spent more but I didn't want to take more of her time.
