They should probably change there custom treat policy because it makes no sense. They tell me they can get them done in a day but need 48 hour notice well if you can get the thing done then get it done dont waste my time. As a result you lost my business to dairy queen.....congratulations on that👏way to run a business lol.

Disgusting! Employee on the floor scrubbing the floor, ok. He then proceeds to get up dunk his fingers in a dirty wash basin, dry his fingers, and then proceed to scoop and pack ice cream and serve people. Called him out on it and got a bunch of attitude and claimed he washed his hands apparently not realizing I watched the whole entirety of the situation. And claims he's the shift manager and can't give out the owner or GM information.
Love their Royal Chocolate Mousse but the prices are RIDICULOUS!!!!
