This b&r is the closest one to us but I hadn't come to this one because of being treated so terribly and basically ripped off about 10 years ago. I had a craving for their perfect chocolate chip ice cream so we stopped in and they totally redeemed themselves today for me! Brooke helped me, I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. She was so friendly, fun and polite. Then the gal at check out was a sweetheart too. I didn't get her name but she owns a basset doodle if the owner happens to see this. I will be back :)
Good ice cream. Staffing seems to be a challenge
My experience here was really good. The service was friendly and she was patient throughout even though I asked to try four different flavors. The inside felt clean, and I have no complaints. Overall, a good experience.
