My experience here was really good. The service was friendly and she was patient throughout even though I asked to try four different flavors. The inside felt clean, and I have no complaints. Overall, a good experience.
Customer service is kinda bad sometimes. Also, the inside looks dirty and kinda gross.
I was so disappointed in the customer service. The young lady had clearly had a bad experience with her previous customer and took it out on us. My husband asked for a sample, without saying a word, smile or simple acknowledgement swung open the ice cream box handed it to him and then turned to her coworker and started to talk bad about the previous customer. Gave us dirty looks the whole time and did not speak or respond to us until the very end. Not a good feeling. Who wants that when going for ice cream?? This was my one ... read more

I have ordered many birthday, graduation, and special occasion cakes from them and have always been happy with the results. Brooke and her team are always very kind and accommodating.
