I giving them no stars, but had to click on one to post. I don’t understand how they can promote mangonada’s but never have the ingredient. Please have it removed because your store has been like this for couple of years. People just drive to Austin. :(
I came here today and Natalie was so sweet and helpful and has amazing customer service and needs a raise
Ordered through the app. I get to the drive thru and they say they don’t have an order with my name on it so I park and go inside with my digital receipt. They come back with a bag that HAS MY NAME ON IT. I get home and open my bag and it’s not even the right flavor. My boyfriend’s cup had a literal chunk of ice in it. Making me question my sanity. The San Marcos location is much better, don’t waste ur time or money here.
Terrible service. Rude worker Angel i think his name is , black boy very rude. This was my first time here and they were just straight out rude. Nobody told you to choose this as ur career.
