Ok. Let's talk about common sense and good judgement. Which apparently these 2 employees have none. I'm in Baskin Robbins almost everyday at this same location. I ordered my ice cream and was ready to pay. The total came to $3.36. I had a $50. 2 one dollar bills and change that totaled about .90¢. They informed me they can't take larger than $20. Nothing on a card. They both stand there and say they can't do anything but the total is $3.36. So either decide to take a $50 or let me have it for about .46¢ less. So let's just w... read more

I’m not sure what Baskin-Robbins is selling these days, but it’s definitely not 31 flavors—or even 13. The last four visits, they’ve been out of multiple core flavors and hot fudge. Imagine showing up to an ice cream shop and being told, “We don’t have chocolate, and the topping that makes life worth living is unavailable.” At this point it feels less like a dessert stop and more like a low-stakes emotional test. Do better.
Baskin Robbins Kyle never fails to disappoint. Each time we attempt to order, they are out of basic flavors. So sad.
