here's what you need to know before coming to this location it's actually both a dunkin' donuts and Baskin-Robbins combined as one they do have two corners with outlets and decent Wi-Fi here so keep that in mind if looking for a work location for a little bit they have a drive-thru as well as inside men's and women's restroom but the men's restroom urinal was out of order no idea how long this has been the case that being said put in an order for ice cream the ice cream was very limited look like they had not restocked yet b... read more
Great service by a young man on a Friday evening who had a really pleasant demeanour and a friendly face.
The service was courteous, but the ice cream was disappointing. Even though it was afternoon, no one had turned on the heat for the hot fudge and caramel. This meant my 2-scoop sundae was incomplete. The caramel syrup we used instead was nasty, and the chocolate ice cream in the rocky road tasted off. I threw most of it out.
We have gone into this store on 3 different occasions and have been ignored. 3-4 employees walking around and not a single person even greeted us. It’s just courtesy to at least acknowledge your customers and let them know you see them. We stood there for about 5 minutes before we turned and walked out. Not 1 word from any of the employees, one employee even walked by us several times and didn’t even look at us. We will not be returning to this location.
