I came here to get ice cream and when I arrived it was closed. there was a sign said closing time was 9pm but on Google Maps it shows 10pm. Don't mislead people. If you've changed your hours, update them everywhere!
Staff was rude and cruel. The bathroom there has apparently been out of service for over 3 months cause anytime I ask u use the bathroom with full intentions of buying ice-cream afterwards but I got the its for customers only or then i get its out of a service for 3 months? If thats the case they need a health inspection badly. (that alone makes me not want to contribute to the business) you never know if someone's had surgery or coming from far away and for an establishment to refuse use of bathroom saying it's out of order... read more
I had a wonderful experience at Baskin Robbins thanks to Artemis! I was looking for an ice cream birthday cake for my daughter—it was my very first time ordering one from Baskin Robbins. I had visited several locations before but couldn’t decide which cake to choose. Artemis was incredibly patient and provided excellent customer service.
