I paid $30 for three jars and simply asked for two small cups. The Asian staff member wearing glasses insisted on charging me 0.25for each tiny cup. It felt very nickel-and-dime over such a small request, especially after spending $30. The extra charge wasn’t about the money, it was the principle and how it made me feel as a customer. It left a disappointing impression.
The ice cream was great and the price was good but the employee had a really bad attitude and looked pretty inpatient and annoyed that we were there
I usually like my ice cream pretty cold and not runny. Before ordering I asked the staff member behind the counter if the ice cream today was cold because it did look slightly runny. She assured me it will be very cold. After my first bite I realized this was not the case. I will not be going back to this location which is a shame since it's so close to where I live.
