These employees definitely do not care about customer service. I came here last year on vacation, it was a hassle to order a cake within their 24 hr standards. This year I called 3 days in advance kept getting hung up on due to supposedly phone service being bad. Now the day before instead of 24 hours notice for an order, it’s 48 hours. Horrible service all of the girls standing around not working and flirting with the boys in the store.we’ve had nothing but issues and the employees flirt with everyone instead of focusing on orders and half the girls are covered in hickeys. It’s disgusting to allow you’re employees to look like this at a job.
I got 3 snackin bacons and they didn’t have any of the stuff that was supposed to be on it. I also got 2 large sweet teas and they are not sweet at all. The bacon doesn’t have the maple stuff that’s supposed to be on it at all. Just plain bacon 🤦♀️
