HORRIBLE SERVICE Here a year later with Daniel (who left a review a year ago) & the place still sucks guy took FOREVER TO ANSWER THE DRIVE THRU. Proceeded to tell us there was no ice cream flavors basically until we chose vanilla or chocolate.
Very rude service during night shift. I rather have 12 hrs with good service than 24 hrs with a rude worker who wouldn’t let us order thru drive thru.

You managed to screw up an ice cream order by taking two sundaes, and gave me three mushy doughnuts. How?? Posting again, this is the absolute worst baskin robins that must exist. Now you turn 2 sundae orders into single scoops, no toppings. Id love to find out what kind of people this location has hired because now im going to corporate.
If you are looking for customer service do not go to this place. It say open 24hrs but I came the employee was just seating in lobby doing nothing, I pulled up to drive thru kept saying hello to order he did not answer. When I pulled up to the window to order i asked if I should go around because he did not answer he told me" im busy here , how you want me to help you" I asked you busy?
