You managed to screw up an ice cream order by taking two sundaes, and gave me three mushy doughnuts. How?? Posting again, this is the absolute worst baskin robins that must exist. Now you turn 2 sundae orders into single scoops, no toppings. Id love to find out what kind of people this location has hired because now im going to corporate.

If you are looking for customer service do not go to this place. It say open 24hrs but I came the employee was just seating in lobby doing nothing, I pulled up to drive thru kept saying hello to order he did not answer. When I pulled up to the window to order i asked if I should go around because he did not answer he told me" im busy here , how you want me to help you" I asked you busy? Went there and simply asked for sprinkles at the drive thru, the worker was so rude. And when asked if she could just sell the topping like it says on the menu she had an attitude and kept ignoring. When I pulled up to the window she was talking on the phone “supposedly to the manager” whom i requested to speak with. And she says “ I don’t want you to touch my phone just speak” giving weird racist vibes. Worst location. Lazy and dirty. Not sure how corporate doesn’t crack down on this location. I’ll be sure to reach out to reach out to them.
