I ordered the DIY ice cream kit for a birthday party. The kit was supposed to come with cherries and Reese’s peanut butter cup pieces. They gave me rainbow sprinkles and no cherries. Tried to call to let them know several times and no one answers the phone there.
I asked for a sample and the guy very rudely said “NO SAMPLES”
Ordered online order was not ready asked to wait 5 days still not ready Manager said you can get different flavor or cancel the order or wait 7 days more.This place is horrendous to deal with order was supposed to ready next day the obviously do not care about there customers. No apology no remorse just rude people working at this store.
It was sooooo goood and healthy
We decided to take my daughter out for ice cream. She pointed to the case of cones and some of the cones knocked down. The worker started yelling at my daughter and husband. We will NEVER go here again.
