For the price I paid for a large cappuccino blast this is what I received. Pathetic. The lady took a phone call on her cell phone while making my drink. The other worker made at least 4 coffee orders in the time it took for me to get this. My girlfriend & I went here tonight 6/5 @ 7:30 PM tonight for icecream. First off, there was only one person working the orders & the register due to the other person was on break. So, after 20 minutes, it was our turn. My order was fine. My girlfriend's well, she ordered Reeves Peanut butter cup, to which she was told, it wasn't in stock. So, my boyfriend and I felt like having Baskin Robin's today. We always have Carvel but wanted something different. First time at this location which will also be our last time. First, only 2 people working at 7:30pm and 1 was on a long break. So 1 person taking and making the orders. Yes....long line. Second, finally our turn, 2 medium cups, $18. Third, out of some flavors. Entire staff has no idea how to work efficiently. One person does everything while the rest linger doing their own thing. Slow as hell I'm never going back.
