Entire staff has no idea how to work efficiently. One person does everything while the rest linger doing their own thing. Slow as hell I'm never going back.

Both employees are very rude and they had no choices, the employee that was serving us just came from mopping the floor, with no gloves, and dirty hands.
Staff is friendly but the franchise is never stocked with advertised items. They are always missing toppings, mix the flavor labels for the ice cream. They also have poor stock of ice cream togo.
