I have never reviewed a place to get food on google before but this place is so bad that it deserves it. The manager is constantly berating both his staff and customers and has no respect for anyone. The employees are all highschoolers that clearly couldnt care less about helping you regardless of how nice you are and your order is wrong 9 out of 10 times. Super delicious ice cream yummy.
This Baskin Robbins is inside a Dunkin donuts so we almost missed it. But the staff was very patient with us and our 1 year old while looking at everything. Not sure if this cake comes in like this or someone in the back decorated it, but it's cool lol. Baskin Robbins ice cream cake for a dad.
Horrible service.. We walk in and there’s 3 girls behind the counter and not one of them greets us for over 10 minutes they just ignored us like we didn’t even exist it was the weirdest thing.. when they finally got around to helping us they had no clue what they were doing or how to scan the Baskin Robin coupons for qualifying purchases.. I’ll never visit this location again!!
