This was my first time at this location. My client and I were buying a strawberry shake for his wife, the young lady at this location was so rude, and LACKING costumer service.
Posted signs they will not take down, charge extra for whip cream everywhere else ALL OTHER LOCATIONS DO NOT! LADY SAID SIGNS ARE NOT COMING DOWN.. MEDIUM 6 DOLLARS ON SIGN, BUT RECEIPT IS 7.73, LIMITED ENGLISH SPEAKING AND LIARS..
Door sign says closes at 10 on it. Went at 9:15 and they were already closed. Unacceptable
This place sucks period, looks like a homeless shelter. They don’t have any cakes, ice cream is old and service sucks. They might as well just close this place down. I don’t know what happened to good places anymore.
