1/17/26 roughly around 11:30 a.m. I was in line in drive thru and was told I couldn't order a shake in drive thru until 12 pm. That is utterly ridiculous. 8/9/26 told you can't get a shake in drive thru before 12pm but you can come inside to get one. What is the difference rather I come inside or order in drive thru? Either way they have to make the shake. Basically sounds like lazy employees because I've been to other Baskin and Robbins locations that do allow you to get a shake before 12pm in drive thru.
The guy with specs in the drive thru was extremely rude and clearly not interested in what he was doing. I was charged extra for something that should already be present in the ordered item. Disappointed
I would give negative stars if I could as I would not get served. I went in with a gift card to order some icecream for my daughter, my mom and myself. The workers would not aknowedge our presence. One continued to refill lids while refusing to wait on us. We waited over 5 minutes before we left.
