Employees refuse to assist customers and hide their names, then have the reviews deleted. If you are employed in food service and refuse to assist customers, the. You should not be employed. I don’t go into restaurants to use a kiosk then receive attitude when it’s not helpful. 1/17/26 roughly around 11:30 a.m. I was in line in drive thru and was told I couldn't order a shake in drive thru until 12 pm. That is utterly ridiculous.
Chelsea was great! I had asked for a cake to be saved and it wasn’t. Miscommunication happens, but she made it right! Made us a cake last min and it was delicious!
DO NOT GO HERE! Manager/Owner has mangled up a famous name in ice cream. The freezers work off and on, the ice cream is questionable in how long it’s been sitting there and maybe from taste and appearance expired(?). The staff not paid enough to care. The Oakland County Health Department should inspect this place like yesterday! Usually only 1 person there so no service
