Very rude…I guess because I was a black women with my child they felt I couldn’t pay for my things..but when my card went thru FOR 67.36THE FIRST TIME attitudes changed just a little and they weren’t even going to give my daughter her sundae because the rude clerk and her rude helpers put the wrong receipt 🤦🏽♀️NEVER WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN..
Employees refuse to assist customers and hide their names, then have the reviews deleted. If you are employed in food service and refuse to assist customers, the. You should not be employed. I don’t go into restaurants to use a kiosk then receive attitude when it’s not helpful. If I’m forced to use the kiosk, I expect the kiosk to be paid more than the failure of an employee working there.
1/17/26 roughly around 11:30 a.m. I was in line in drive thru and was told I couldn't order a shake in drive thru until 12 pm. That is utterly ridiculous.
Chelsea was great! I had asked for a cake to be saved and it wasn’t. Miscommunication happens, but she made it right! Made us a cake last min and it was delicious!
