had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, and the female staff member who helped me at first was very nice and polite. However, the heavier Mexican male employee was extremely rude. When I asked for a cover, he said they didn’t have any. I then asked for a larger cup, and he said no again. Website says open till 10. We show up at 9:10. Doors locked. Updated hours would be nice
Says closes at 10pm online, well they actually close the doors at 9pm. Not 10.
The owner of this establishment was incredibly rude to me. i remember asking what flavor should i get and she said all of them but i asked what flavor would she get specifically and she then told me to get out of the building.
