This Baskin Robbins never has chocolate. It’s really weird.
No one ever answers the phone. They are always out everything. Numerous times we have ordered for delivery to find way later thru don’t have anything listed in stock… where is management?
Dirty, watery milkshake, bad service.
I was in recently and noticed a management change sign outside. I was hoping for better service and I couldn’t get what I wanted to order. Manager didn’t order bananas.
I have enjoyed your ice cream in the past, and it was excellent. However, today, we ordered a medium-sized cake for a family member's birthday. We paid $45 and received a cake that appeared to be no more than six inches in diameter. The fondant was visible beneath the icing, and we were quite disappointed. In hindsight, we should have returned it, but it wasn't inspected when it was picked up.
