The teenager employee behind the counter was rude arguing with me about the flavor of the ice cream then didn’t give me a spoon with my ice cream until I asked for one.
Took four times for them to answer the telephone. Did not have any ice cream cakes in stock in their freezer. Very bad customer service.
They do all of our birthday cakes and they always do a spectacular job!! Thank you!
I went in this morning drive-through asked for snack and bacon we pay almost 4 dollars for that and they wanna give me a bag with crumbled up bacon that was not worth the three something Otherwise, I wouldn’t be complaining I’m assuming the guy in the gray shirt Dominic Which I think is the manager says that’s how we serve it. Went to get donuts an hour before they closed, they had zero donuts and already getting ready to close. I don’t understand why say open til 10pm and not have anything might as well close at 9.
