I love this location! Parking can be tricky but the people who work here are always so friendly
It's the first time we visited this store. We bought a cake home. When we got home and opened the box and the cake smelled and tasted like a bathroom cleaner. Would not buy anything from this store again.
Came in an hour before closing and the staff is clearly in high school based on their attitude and complete lack of customer service. Being young is not an excuse to be rude and act annoyed. They are old enough to be able to act professionally. We came in and the staff was happily chatting to each other but seemed annoyed bc they had customers and had to serve us. Not a welcoming place too often and the kid tonite was not only cold but bothered by a scoop he let hit the ice on the side in the freezer. Was asked for another scoop, politely by me, and he was bothered. He was sloppy and didn’t care what he gave us. I won’t be coming back to this one anymore. Managers really need to teach some customer service and just being polite and saying hi to people coming in.
