The last few times I went there , there was literally no ice cream to be sold ??? How is that possible? Ordering short ? Stop. The place was sold and bought for another reason then to sell ice cream . Its a shame . Been a fixture in our town for decades.
Wednesday Hoping to get some delicious ice cream to enjoy before the Mets game, oh! Disappointment! The shop closed before 7 p.m. We don't know what's happening with the new management; the place no longer offers a variety of flavors; they're always short on options. Empty refrigerators. Very Sad!
I treat myself when ever I have a doctor's appointment. (Every single Tuesday or Wednesday) For the last 2 months whenever I go in, they have no ice cream. There are no cakes in the refrigerators, and no one seems to know when anything is coming in. It's disappointing since the kids that work there are very nice and competent. When it is 93 degrees out and the humidity is this high, you would think you would want the business.
This is our local shop. The owner is a cool guy who employs very competent local young people to work there with him. The service is excellent, the store is very clean and the price is right. I highly recommend this shop. Plenty of parking, next to Mickey D's.
Usually generous portion sizes but very underwhelming tonight. These 2 scoop cups for $15 were not worth it.
