I ordered 2 regular scoops and paid $4 plus dollars for each and the size of the scoop is a joke, I want my money back, horrible service.
I ordered a blended coffee drink which wasn’t “blended” at all. Giant ice chunks throughout the drink. Couldn’t suck it through the straw without ice clogging it up. Completely undrinkable, ended up getting frustrated and throwing it away. Thanks for stealing my money
What in the world happened to Baskin Robbins? I’ve been going for years and never had this happen to me. One person there making to go orders for 45 people while I stand around waiting. When she finally takes my order, I am told that the blenders aren’t working and I cannot have a milkshake mocha blaster anything else. I spent 15 minutes here standing around waiting and for nothing. This place needs good management.
