The milkshake I ordered had way too much milk mixed in it. It was like chocolate milk, not ice-cream.
Delicious ice cream, and lots of options
Charged 5 dollars for 1 scoop and wasn't full. It was half the cup.
After the employee scoops my two kids ice cream and I am about to pay. She then tells me we do not accept American Express and that the reason why is because American Express is taking their money. This is ridiculous. Only reason why paid with another card is because my kids were excited. I will never come back again. Almost felt like a trap. Please put a sign in the front when people walk in.
Wanted to buy an ice cream cake today, but this discount of 50% off the entire bill apparently doesn't apply to any of their cakes or pre packaged ice cream. I don't understand why it says "50% off entire bill" if it only applies to specific purchases. 👎🏻 One star for Baskin-Robbins👎🏻👎🏻. Good thing there is now a Cold stone across the street. Their coupon was accepted without issue! 😱😱😱😱😱😱
