I should have read the reviews before I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake online. This is my first and last time. I mean how hard is it to follow a written out special message. You can’t get it wrong if you use the written message instructions. My daughter’s cake was missing a letter to her name and when I asked to have the missing letter added the cake decorator wasn’t there. Considering they were getting ready to close service was still great. The guy who served me was an Hispanic guy he had earrings in his ear, gold earrings. Not sure if his name but I would like him to get recognized. He was very patient. He service was wonderful very polite greeted me. I will be back the drive for me to the Baskin-Robbins was 20 minutes. Horrible experience we were never greeted upon our arrival. Kind of just standing there waiting like a lost puppy waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Finally, she does then walks away and we don’t see her again there was another young man there doesn’t ask if we need help it’s as if we’re invisible finally after about five minutes she comes back then we order, they’re out of two traditional ice cream flavors so we opt for something else then we walked to the register to pay and again the woman just disappears and walks aw... read more
