Horrible experience we were never greeted upon our arrival. Kind of just standing there waiting like a lost puppy waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Absolutely livid right now. I place the order and went to pick up caked after setting up party decorations at home. No cake was made. Completely forgot. Now I have an apology and no cake for the graduation party. Never again.
I should've looked at the reviews before doing an online order. I ordered a boxed cake and paid early in the morning before they opened for a pick up time of 230pm. When we went to pick it up, they didnt have the cake. No one called to notify me, they had all day to call me. My number was on the receipt. So why was i able to order it online in the first place? No one ever answers the phone at this location. Additionally, I ordered ice cream and paid online. I went to the drive thru to pick up my order and they did not have the flavor in stock. The worker said there was no manager on duty to issue me a refund. If I could give this location a negative rating I would. Words of advice #STAYAWAY
