Ordered two cakes for my wife's birthday, both polar ice pizza cakes, I ordered them three days in advance. I called the store to make sure they got my order was given the run around about how I needed to pay for them when I got to the store then they would make them. Every time I come to this location during the night time or even 2 hrs before close they don’t have any ice cream I choose . It would be nice to get a discount but she said no we can’t do that. They’re too busy playing around in the store. I am very disappointed with them.

They don't care about the customer. The kiosk charges are different than the menu and charge you more than the listed amount.
