Terrible service they hiring yns
We had an unpleasant experience at the Baskin Robbins on US 64 and Canada road this early evening. We happened to look at our receipt while eating our Ice Cream in the store. A charge of 99cents was added for a waffle cone that we had not ordered. After we finished I went to tell the cashier about the error. The girl that took our order was sure she gave us a waffle cone and not a paper cup. It took some convincing to get our over charge refunded. Do they honestly think I would want to lie about a waffle cone?
My 83yr old Mom & I stop here on the way home from Memphis back to Jackson EVERYtime we visit the Grandbaby. It's such a WONDERFUL treat for the both of us. Everyone is sooo FRIENDLY!!
