I visited basking robins on Wednesday March 18th, 2026 approx 1:45pm. I ordered a strawberry milk shake and was given a strawberry smoothie. They were 2 brand new trainee’s behind the counter while, the 2 managers or who ever they were, were on their computers, finally one got up to help the trainee. She mixed up some juice and ice, blended and hand it to me. I asked where is the ice cream, one of the heavy set manager with glasses told me it does come with ice cream, that’s what I ordered.
