Staff very very very very very rude. They did not want to make my order and when I asked for something else they refused. They have attitudes and should not be working in customer service at all.
The employees don’t pay attention if they’re any customers waiting to place an order. Truly such an unorganized store. Get better management.
Ordered a cake from this location. It looked nothing like the unicorn it was supposed to be. Instead, it was something out of a horror movie....
Messing up Ice Cream is really something mostly impossible but these guys can really make that happen. They don’t know what Pralines ice cream is. They don’t have vanilla or even chocolate ice cream available. Please don’t waste your time coming to this place.
