The employees don’t pay attention if they’re any customers waiting to place an order. Truly such an unorganized store. Get better management.
Ordered a cake from this location. It looked nothing like the unicorn it was supposed to be. Instead, it was something out of a horror movie....
Messing up Ice Cream is really something mostly impossible but these guys can really make that happen. They don’t know what Pralines ice cream is. They don’t have vanilla or even chocolate ice cream available. Please don’t waste your time coming to this place.
I would've given them a big fat ZERO if it was an option. The people were rude AF and the cappuccino blasts were flavorless and looked like a vanilla shake and no Carmel at all. I had to pull up and wait while 5 other cars behind me went on. TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!
Nothings wrong with the place. I have no clue what all these reviews are referring to (possibly under new management?) Me and my friend intentionally came as a joke thinking "how could they screw up ice cream so badly." Was disappointed, sample size was HUGE, scoops large, everything (flavors, napkins, etc) fully stocked. I couldn't find anything wrong at all
