Didn’t even get a chance to try the food. This rating is based off customer service. I walked into the establishment and stood at the register before wondering if I was noticed. No one is in the store however the young lady with the long pony tail was too busy to even speak unfortunately. Instantly just wanted to leave. Customer service used to be a real thing, now it’s not :( do better baskin Robbin’s/dunkin donuts
I ordered an Oreo Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich cake and I’m sorely disappointed. The message was misspelled “cumpliaños” rather than “cumpleaños”. The spelling was clear and correct on the order form. Also no instructions were provided about how to store the cake. My well-meaning family put the cake in the fridge for two hours and I found the cake nearly melted. This is the only baskin robbins I've been to that NEVER has ice cream. The freezer with packaged ice cream has been broken for months. The ice cream in the tubs is never there because they are supposedly "cleaning the case out" every time we visit. I keep giving them chance after chance but they let me down each time. As much as I hate Cold Stone, we take the family there now because they actually have ice cream available.
Sucks, There ain't have what i older by online, also they didn't tell me before I pick up!! I can't complain There stuffs looks like a teenager so I think just this management is problem!
I ordered a 2 spoon vanilla with caramel only to be told they don’t have caramel and when I got my sundae I got rainbow sherbet. My husband got a banana spilt and they didn’t even cut the banana in half. Never going back
