I ordered an Oreo Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich cake and I’m sorely disappointed. The message was misspelled “cumpliaños” rather than “cumpleaños”. The spelling was clear and correct on the order form. Also no instructions were provided about how to store the cake. My well-meaning family put the cake in the fridge for two hours and I found the cake nearly melted. This is the only baskin robbins I've been to that NEVER has ice cream. The freezer with packaged ice cream has been broken for months. The ice cream in the tubs is never there because they are supposedly "cleaning the case out" every time we visit. I keep giving them chance after chance but they let me down each time. As much as I hate Cold Stone, we take the family there now because they actually have ice cream available.
Sucks, There ain't have what i older by online, also they didn't tell me before I pick up!! I can't complain There stuffs looks like a teenager so I think just this management is problem!
I ordered a 2 spoon vanilla with caramel only to be told they don’t have caramel and when I got my sundae I got rainbow sherbet. My husband got a banana spilt and they didn’t even cut the banana in half. Never going back
What happened to customer service? Asked for a 2 scopp hot fudge sundae, I was handed a 2 scoop sundae with what appeared to be chocolate syrup. I asked where the hot fudge was, "Oh,we don't have hot fudge. This is like a mocha syrup!" I said, "as in coffee?" "Yes!" "Then I don't want it." He offered to make another but I was a bit miffed b/c I was not told they didn't have hot fudge and I don't like coffee. So 2 strikes, went go for a third. Just lost my business.
