I am so disappointed in the cake that I ordered for my daughter's birthday. When I checked it before I left, I noticed right away that the writing was sloppy. Then, I noticed "HAPPY" was spelled wrong! REALLY!!!!! I asked, "Can you fix this?" I was told no. I left with the cake since it was prepaid as I ordered it online. After a call to customer service, I was told the owner will call me within two days. WE will see.
Most of the staff are great, friendly, and go above and beyond. But there are a few bad apples there that earned them two stars. There is one guy that will avoid eye contact so he doesn’t have to take your order and rather force you to use the kiosk. The manager is one of the worst. I had ordered an ice cream cake online and reserved it a month in advance. The morning of the event, I went in and they didn’t have it. I asked about dairy free options, which Baskin-Robbin’s corporate page says they carry. I thought I could bring my grandson there for dessert. He can’t tolerate cows milk. All they had that was dairy free was daiquiri sherbet. A pretty weird flavor and not really fit for a child. So, they state the are vegan friendly but don’t provide the product. Ableist pandering strikes again. Do better Baskin-Robbins.
