Walked in and tried to get someone’s attention but nobody would look up from their phone. Ordered on the kiosk and got silently handed my order; but it tasted pretty strange and we ended up throwing it away. Oddly disappointing for what is supposed to be a pretty standard experience.
No interaction on entering the store, no inventory in stock. Rude staff. Stood around for 10 minutes with no service. Ordered at the kiosk, only to be told they didn't have what we ordered. Don't waste your time.
I go here almost every morning on my commute but pretty sure I'm done now. How is it cool for your staff to all be high at 7am? They're constantly rude, don't listen to orders, I have to repeat myself constantly, and 9/10 times my order is wrong when I get to the window then I get eye rolls by the person at the window. This is INSANE where is management?
This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced in a very long time. The people are rude inconsiderate. The service is very slow. They give you the wrong order.And then get mad at you. They don't give you any eye contact. They don't offer any suggestions on any promotions. Even though starbucks is a little pricey, they're going to make sure to greet you in a professional way. And with a smile. The overall appearance of the store is very nice.But I guess it's just hard to find good workers
