I got a milkshake with plastic broken pieces in it ,tried to call them to have an explanation, but they never answered
The staff are amazing and so friendly. They got my order right and were just so kind. Would recommend and will be back! New favorite Dunkin.
I ordered from Uber. Two scoops of ice cream. It came with one scoop wrong flavor. It was mushy and gritty tasting. I threw it out. It cost me over $17.00!!!!!
I didn’t think to read the reviews before stopping here. We got there at 7:25 PM and he immediately ran after us and locked the door so no other customers could come in. They close at 8:00 PM. He was impatient and we felt very rushed. Also, it was SO hot in the shop. We looked at the thermostat and it was 82 degrees! Many of the ice cream tubs in the freezer case had frost and freezer burn all over them. They had available 4 of the 20-30 toppings on the sign. I ordered a milkshake, not frozen milk. The employees were perfectly nice in the drive thru and I had no issues with them other than the fact that they don't know how to make milkshakes. It was watered down with literal chunks of ice in it. Like I couldn't even use a straw because of clear, see through ice clogging it.up. I have literally no idea how this happened, but all I know is that I won't be returning to this location.
