Why would my previous review not be here?! Has to be the 2nd worst BR I've been to so, I'll give them that. Attitude of this specific employee is utterly miserable. Not to mention you order ahead way to far in advance and app shows flavors they don't have. I find it extremely odd in today's technology era there is not proper inventory matching or at least the owner selecting what flavors to have listed for their store. Do not order a birthday cake at this location. The staff nor the manager Wendy Cruz know what they are doing. We ordered a cake for a 9 year old birthday. They called because the image didn't come thru on the app. I sent the correct image to the managers email. It was scheduled for 11 am pick up. When 8 arrived at 11:15 the entire staff was confused and had to call the manager and told me that it would be there at noon. The ice cream was old and not tasty and there was just a few flavors. They couldn't even take the ice cream from the bucket .
they’re always so rude to me
This was my first time going to this location and it’s the absolute LAST! I ordered an Oreo shake and the man gave me chocolate. I said this is not what I ordered and he said,”yes, you said chocolate so that’s what I’m giving you” I didn’t even drink the shake and said I’m sorry but I want the Oreo shake I ordered. Another person also stepped in and let him know that she also heard me say that I wanted an Oreo shake. He kept saying that if I wanted an Oreo shake I would have to pay again. What sense does that make ?
