The ice cream was old and not tasty and there was just a few flavors. They couldn't even take the ice cream from the bucket .
they’re always so rude to me
This was my first time going to this location and it’s the absolute LAST! I ordered an Oreo shake and the man gave me chocolate. I said this is not what I ordered and he said,”yes, you said chocolate so that’s what I’m giving you” I didn’t even drink the shake and said I’m sorry but I want the Oreo shake I ordered. Another person also stepped in and let him know that she also heard me say that I wanted an Oreo shake. He kept saying that if I wanted an Oreo shake I would have to pay again. What sense does that make ?
Ordered ice cream (2 quart bundle of two specified flavors). I received one quart of a flavor that was not close to one that I ordered, and one box of BARS. I asked for a redelivery and they delivered the wrong items again. I had a friend stop in the store (they were on the way to visit) and stopped in to try and buy us coffee. One decaf black, and one triple shot espresso. (Literally three shots espresso in a cup.) They put the three shots in the DECAFFEINATED coffee. I recently ordered a small ice cream cake from here. Unfortunately, it was poorly shaped and the cake itself was dry and had an unpleasant flavor. Lesson learned, this is the first and last time I will be ordering from here.
