They sell ice cream flavors online that they do not carry in store. I ordered a banana split and got to the store, they then told me “we don’t have bananas and don’t carry these flavors.” No “I’m sorry” or even “I know this sucks” just “nope” and I basically had to drive away and deal with corporate for my refund.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my husband and I received at your location 10/29/25 @3:40pm . The level of unprofessionalism we encountered was completely unacceptable.
