My son took me to 31 ice cream for a treat We have been thru a loss . When we entered there was a young black girl Behind the counter,she was very uninterested in even saying hello or even saying thank you We had to say hello ,no conversation ,no acknowledgment.she was very put out by us or any other people coming in .. We won’t be back for a while Maybe more training is needed in customer service
shout out to the girl for filling up my quart the right wayy ! Came in to pick up around 9:20 pm
The place was empty yet the two girls were rude and unhelpful. And they got my order wrong.
I wanted a cupcake and they ran out so I couldn’t get the cupcake that I wanted so I drove home empty handed and crying then the bumper of my car fell off
