As soon as my family and I walked in . I wanted to walkout . You know those employees that by their face you can tell they hate their job well sadly that’s Hannah . We were not greeted at all . it’s okay I get it sometimes we have bad days . But it didint get any better felt like she just wanted to be done with us I tried to be quick with our ice cream order . My son took me to 31 ice cream for a treat We have been thru a loss . When we entered there was a young black girl Behind the counter,she was very uninterested in even saying hello or even saying thank you We had to say hello ,no conversation ,no acknowledgment.she was very put out by us or any other people coming in .. We won’t be back for a while Maybe more training is needed in customer service
shout out to the girl for filling up my quart the right wayy ! Came in to pick up around 9:20 pm
The place was empty yet the two girls were rude and unhelpful. And they got my order wrong.
