I had a bad experience at Baskin Robbins at Arden yesterday around 9:30 PM. The staff were inattentive, disrespectful and arrogant. I was made to wait for over half an hour, while everyone else who came in after me was served first. They also mixed up my order. On top of that, they broke a waffle cone while packing, and when I noticed and asked them to replace it, they refused. Very disappointing service. This place is skimping on the ice cream . Asked for a thick milkshake she made it watery . Asked for a refund she proceeded to give me another milk shake half way filled I just walked out . Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for bigger ice cream portions made correctly.
