Ordered a cake DIY kit and both the app and website would not let me order in advance, only same day. I was attempting to order a week in advance, then again a couple of days later. My wife and I visited Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins last evening to take advantage of their 31% off scoops on the 31st of the Month deal which only occurs 7 months out of the year. When I went to pay for the 4 scoops the employee didn't know anything about the deal even though it was posted in 2 places on the ice cream counter. So instead of giving me the 31% off, he gave me the 5% Senior Citizen discount instead because he couldn't figure out how to calculate it himself.
