Had to give it a 1 because a ZERO is not an option. Total trash! Wait in a ridiculous line while noticing all the items listed as "SORRY WE'RE OUT" (see the pic) but really was craving ice cream and some banana. Finally get to the front to be told "No sorry you can't order anything from that menu". To which I replied, "Well that's absolutely stupid! Why have a sign that is false advertisement?" Baskin Robbins near gate B8 in Baltimore airport- “can’t get you ice cream- it be too hard to get scoops”. Nice. After waiting about ten minutes.
This is not the correct address
Asked to try 2 flavors of ice cream. Girl asked me if I wanted 2 single scoops or a double scoop - I answered “the cheapest way to try those 2 flavors”. She handed me two separate cones each with a scoop and charged me nearly $12…please!!
Extremely unsanitary. I have not been a stickler about Covid, but these employees all wore their masks on their chin, some weren’t wearing masks. And they did not wear gloves to touch or handle the food. Had to ask employees to wear gloves, and she only put one on. As she was scooping customers’ ice creams, she touched her face and then inside the ice cream bin.
