I get several cakes/year from this shop. Usually they are very good. This cake... well, it isn't at all like the picture, the seams show, the other half is....lumpy and it's not the usual beautiful writing. Good thing I wasnt trying to feed the 8-10 people listed. It did taste good tho.

On February 24th 2024 around 6:38 pm, I was met with the most unprofessional, unenthusiastic, and grumpy demeanor I’ve ever experienced from a Dunkin representative. All I wanted was a banana royal. I was met with a grumpy face and reply of “we don’t do that.” She walked off to handle other activities then returned without even a word. I finally asked for a three scoop sundae.
