This location has a very rude person working there. Her name is Shanell. I ordered a Dubai chocolate bar and I asked for one from the back. I figure if I am paying $9.53 for one tiny chocolate bar I have the right to ask for the one I want. She looks at me rolls her eyes with a smug grin on her face and gets the bar. Then she puts it in the cup and slams it on the counter instead of handing it to me. She will cause this store to lose out on a lot of business with that attitude.
The ice cream was great the service not so much. The lady maling our order was so rude. She rushed us and just about through my to-go ice cream order at me.
When I walk to the countertop, there was a guy just standing there on his cell phone never asked me. Could he help me I had to ask him was he working? He shook his head. Yes, he was too busy talking on his cell phone. He never cover his hands to serve the ice cream. When handing my money he put the spoon, touching the money, Unsanitized what happened to customer service?!??
Terrible customer service, they gave me whatever they wanted, they had no hygiene or presentation
