The reason I awarded this Baskin-Robbins store a 5-star rating is the context in which the experience occurred. Two nights prior, at approximately 7:30 p.m., I contacted the store regarding an edible photo cake. I inquired about the availability of pickup at a specific time. However, the online ordering system only permitted me to select a pickup time of 48 hours later and no earlier. Who cleans the blenders almost an hour before they close? So you only offer half your menu for tge last hour... thats dumb.

I had to give at least 1 star but I wish I could have given this Baskin Robbins a big fat zero. Everytime I go there they are out of something whether it be hot chocolate, whip cream, cherries etc. Some of the staff is great but some act like they don't have enough strength to scoop out the ice cream. When that happens your not given your proper amount to be scooped resulting in a smaller scoop. Today I went there and the young man wasn't even wearing gloves while scooping ice cream. Ordered DIY Sundae Kit through Uber Eats and was missing 4 major items in my order. Contacted the store and apparently one of the employees didn’t know how to make that order. The employee I spiked to was very rude and kept saying he didn’t know what to do. I paid $40 for an order that was worth $20 at most for what I received.
