I've tried ordering from this store on several occasions, only to receive the incorrect item somehow each time without fail.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving this location multiple chances over the last several weeks, I've finally reached my limit. The biggest issue is that this store consistently advertises products they either cannot or will not make. Nearly every visit ends with employees telling us they're out of the advertised flavors, out of multiple alternative flavors, or suddenly unable to make menu items that have been made for us numerous times before. Went for the pink bubblegum ice cream.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there, and Tina, the young lady, consistently prepares exceptional drinks. To me, seeing her is a guarantee that my drink will be made correctly; she is truly exceptional.
