Picked up pre-packed quart tonight. Texture was horrible - grainy, obviously semi-thawed and refrozen. Not at all like it typically is when it's hand scooped. Ice cream was not frozen hard either, so I suspect either careless employees or poorly working/set freezer. Immediately went back and told so sorry, only a manager can do returns and they won't be in until the morning. They charge a premium price, but deliver quality that I'd expect from a bad convenience store. Should have gone to United.
Placed an online order and they didn't have any of it, so instead of them notifying us about the order, they decided to waste my time
What has happened to Lubbock Baskin Robbins stores? They have really gone downhill! Went through the window at this location today and they were out of the flavor of the month. I can understand 1 time but 4 out of 5 times they have been out of basic flavors like pralines n cream and rocky road. Such a waste of time!
